Due to the amazing aroma and innovative ways of experimenting with processes, we pay a hefty price for this coffee. This coffee is super limited and super worth trying. It's not something you will drink daily but definitely something you want to mark under your checklist.
Only filter roast is available, you may use it for espresso grind if your machine is able to grind fine enough. Only 5 kg is available. Natural fruits, water, yeast were fermented together during the process, no artificial essences were added.

Fazenda Santa Monica, located in the stunning region of Minas Gerais which is perfected poised for producing amazing coffee. Rich soil, high altitudes and many micro climates make Minas Gerais one of most ideal coffee harvest in Brazil.
This Anaerobic Natural lot starts its processing by picking and floating the cherries and leaving them to dry ferment in sealed tanks for up to 5 days. The cherries are then placed to dry in african beds for 15 to 20 days, depending on the weather.
