This coffee is roasted by our Malay staff that has helped Dockyardcoffee for past months. He is hardworking and humble. He wanted to try roasting his own style, hence Riyan impart some roasting knowledge to him. He takes pride in learning and work.

This seasonal blend works well across various Manual or Automatic coffee machines which include JURA, De'Longhi, Breville and Gaggia.

Expect medium notes of Chempadek, floral on the nose, chocolatey body and gula melaka sweetness which holds very well when the coffee turns cool.
