One of the world's most famous tea, this original Oriental Beauty tea is harvested during summer when the Jacobiasca formosana leafhoppers are out and nip on the tea leaves, resulting in the tea leaves undergo oxidation and producing a chemical compound that leads to honey aroma in the tea. This tea is one of the most oxidised Oolong tea, and it's processed mainly from tea buds, earning it the name Bai Hao Oolong (Pekoe Oolong).
