During National Service, we always drink black coffee with sugar. Riyan always thought, why not create a clean coffee with good body and acidity. Hence, this blend was created to commemorate days with bad coffees. Appreciate good coffees is important, as many new coffee drinker take it for granted. This blend style brings out a sweet clean coffee on a balanced profile.

This year, we blended our new coffees in a similar proportion using ethiopian coffees and produce a comforting and fruity cup. Making this coffee incredibly nutty and floral.

At Dockyardcoffee roast style - We strive to maintain well balanced and enjoyable cup without burning acidity or bitterness.

All coffees will be in whole beans. Suitable for filter/espresso. We roast it in the middle to please both parties.  If you require the coffees to be ground, please inform us in the order notes whether you wish it to be: espresso, moka, filter or cold brew.
