Liu Jia Raw Pu'er is named after Mr. Liu of Lincang, Yunnan. Together with tea expert Akira Hojo of Hojo tea, they've spent the past 5 years refining the cultivation and processing of Pu'er tea.
Mr. Liu's tea trees are located at 2,100m above sea level. They've been growing wild for more than 30 years. There are no pesticides, no fertilizer, and no human intervention of any kind. Like Tarzan, the trees have disappeared into the natural ecosystem of Yunnan's mountains.

However, Liu Jia Raw Pu'er, the leaves undergo a 12-hour withering process to reduce their moisture content.
