Fazenda da Lagoa produces one of the finest Brazilian coffee. For the past few years, their beans have been ranked as "strictly soft fine cup", the top Brazilian category. Apart from the typical full and smooth flavor of fine Brazilian coffee, this coffee displays a slight but well defined acidity.

This farm also produces a limited quantity of the very special yellow bourbon.
