This coffee has characteristics of bright citrus, complex, black currants, clean fruit, stone fruits and white sugar, delicate lemongrass lingering when it cools  this might be your finest selection. This coffee is super rare, as we reach out to Peru exporters, we managed secure small lot.

La Perla is a brand established by Norcafe representing a collective of women from Lonya Grande. The core aim is to offer growth opportunities to both young and adult women, emphasising dedication and professionalism in delivering exceptional coffee. Employing advanced technology for analysis, the project supports quality while preserving the Peruvian tradition - cultural identity that Norcafe strives to convey in every cup.

Cherries are harvested selectively at altitudes ranging 1600 - 2000 mass. Fermentation occurs for 15 hours in cherry. After pulping , cherries are fermented for another 18 hours in bags. Drying takes place on African bed for approximately 30 days.
