JURA Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
Dockyardcoffee warrants that each machine is free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase.
If a manufacturing defect or malfunction is reported within seven (7) days of delivery, Dockyardcoffee may, at its sole discretion, repair the machine. The decision to repair or replace parts rests solely with Dockyardcoffee's Technical Department.
Any repair or replacement carried out under this warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
2. Warranty Service Execution
If your machine develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact Dockyardcoffee (+65 9889 4598) to arrange for a warranty assessment.
All warranty inspections and repairs will be carried out at Dockyardcoffee's Service Centre. During the warranty period, parts, labour, collection, and return delivery are provided at no charge, subject to the terms and exclusions of this warranty.
3. Priority Carry-In Warranty Repairs
Customers who bring their machine directly to the Dockyardcoffee Service Centre for warranty repair will receive priority servicing.
Subject to spare parts availability, we will endeavour to complete the repair as quickly as possible. Once completed, the machine will be ready for collection or return delivery.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage or faults resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover:
- Failure to operate the machine according to the User Manual.
- Incorrect power supply or use of unauthorised transformers or voltage regulators.
- Tampering with or removal of the warranty seal.
- Normal wear and tear, including O-rings, seals, and other consumable parts.
- Grinder blockages or damage caused by unsuitable coffee beans or foreign objects.
- Cleaning or removal of foreign objects, coffee residue, or hardened milk residue.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or damage to external parts.
- Use of non-original cleaning or maintenance products.
- Damage caused by pests, insects, or vermin.
- Any unauthorised dismantling, modification, or repair by the customer or a third party.
Service charges will apply for repairs arising from any of the above conditions.
